In this blog I will be discussing the importance of having 6 pac abs and how it can help you in your career as a web developer. I am a student of B.E in Computer from RIT, I have completed my graduation in the year 2022 and I am a web developer at for Haztech now for the past three months. Haztech is a company that provides digital marketing and development services, game development as well as mobile app development services. The job of a web developer at Haztech is to create websites, applications, and other digital products for the company’s clients. Web developers are also responsible for maintaining the company’s website and ensuring that it meets all quality standards set by Haztech. 
 I have always wanted to work in this field since my college. It is my passion and I love doing it. I love to do this job because it gives me an opportunity to use my skills in this field. I have been interested in computers since childhood and I started learning computer science from my college days itself. My interest towards computers has always been to make them more user-friendly for common people so that they can use them easily without any difficulty. Being a web developer has its perks and downsides but overall it’s an amazing job to have because it allows me to be creative while working with technology all day long.
I’m also bodybuilder and Powerlifter. I love to lift weights and have been doing it for the past 4 years and it has become my passion. I have always had an interest in fitness and bodybuilding, so when I saw an opportunity to combine my two passions, I took it. Lifting weights has helped me in many ways, not only physically but mentally as well. It keeps me on track with my goals, motivates me to stay focused, and helps me stay healthy. Lifting weights also gives me an outlet for stress relief from the day’s events or just life in general. But things changed when I decided to take up programming as a career option. I love to work out and stay fit, but it’s not always easy for me to do that because of my busy schedule. I have a full-time job as a web developer. Sometimes, it is really hard for me to find time for working out because of my hectic schedule. 
I like working out because it helps me improve my health and keeps me fit. Working out makes me feel good about myself and motivates me to achieve my goals in life.  
Exercise is important for our health because it helps us to stay healthy and strong. It also helps us to have better concentration, improves our mood, reduces stress, and keeps us mentally alert. Exercise has been proven to improve mental health by reducing stress levels. People who engage in regular physical activity tend to experience less stress than those who do not do any form of physical activity at all.
